If you are looking for a good quality engraved wooden house sign with an arrow on posts, then look no further. MakeMeSomethingSpecial’s beautiful handmade house signs with pointing arrows are constructed from Prime A Grade English oak and come with standard engraving or paint filled engraved lettering. All you have to do is tell us which way you want the arrow facing.
We have two styles of free-standing house signs. Solid oak signs on a signal post or on twin posts, perfect if you don’t have a wall to hang it from. The solid oak posts are 1 meter in length, so there is plenty of timber to bury into the ground to secure your wooden free standing house sign.
The length of the larger of the house signs will vary due to the amount of letter is required. We will always allow plenty of room either side of your lettering to give your house sign a well proportioned look.
Finish: Our wooden house signs come finished with Liberon Superior Danish oil as standard but you can choose to have our new Diamond-Coating for maximum protection.
We can always bespoke make house signs to suit you specific needs. We can make these in any size from a signal number to a house name or even a commemorative plaque. You tell us what you need & you will be surprised on how competitive our prices are.
All our Signs are a minimum of 2.5cm / 1” thick oak plaque board and mounted on a 5cm / 2” square oak posts.

Small Sign on one post: 2.5cm thick x 10cm tall x 50cm wide (1” x 4” x 20”) ~ up to 20 characters
Small Sign on two posts: 2.5cm thick x 10cm tall x 50cm wide (1” x 4” x 20”) ~ up to 20 characters
Large Sign on one post: 2.5cm thick x 20cm tall x 50cm up to 1M wide (1” x 8” x 20” up to 39”) ~ up to 30 characters over two rows
Large Sign on two posts: 2.5cm thick x 20cm tall x 50cm up to 1M wide (1” x 8” x 20” up to 39”) ~ up to 30 characters over two rows
